As part of CMHC’s Co-Investment Fund, the project proposes a total of 87 affordable rental housing units, with 20% of these designed as fully accessible.
The development consists of three 3 storey buildings, each with 29 units located on a suburban parcel in the Whistlebend Subdivision.
