Only the second design build project for the architect’s own development firm, this 13-unit mixed-use development, consists of the a three-story building with commercial offices on the ground floor and two story residences on the upper floors.   The project replaced two vacant lots with a vibrant, high density urban building befitting a downtown setting.

The project acted as a catalyst for the urbanization of the downtown core, much of which had become home to a transient population living in sub-standard, poorly insulated single-family dwellings.
